You can choose any type of flow.\
\
**General Flows** - The trigger point is the phrase which the customer types in the DM\
**Ice Breakers** - When a new Instagram user comes on to your DM, certain prompts can be provided and journeys created based on the prompt selection.\
**Comment Flows** - A journey can be created for the comments being left on your Instagram posts.

If the type of flow selected is Ice Breaker or Comment flow, there will be no need to input a trigger phrase. \
Once the flow is created here, the same can be chosen in the configuration of Ice Breakers/ Comment Flow.\
However, if the flow is a general flow, there will be a field to add a trigger phrase.

1. **Simple Message**:

   Plain text messages without any buttons.
2. **Media Message**:
   - Messages that include images or videos
   - Useful for providing visual or auditory information.
3. **Button Interactive Message**:
   - Messages with up to three buttons for customers to choose from.
   - Separate journeys can be created based on each button click.

In a button Interactive Message, there are two types of values that can be associated with them.\
\
Postback and the URL.

If you would like the button click to redirect the customers to an external page/link this type of button can be chosen.\
The relevant URL is to be added here from the Website.

If you would like to create a journey for the users on the Instagram DM itself, you can choose Postback as the button type. \
This has the same functionality as a Quick Reply button on WhatsApp.
