Creating & Assigning To-dos.

In your basecamp group, select To-dos. This is likely the first card in the dashboard of your Basecamp group.

Select the relevant list for your to-do. If you are not sure go ahead and put it on the myXP To-do list and we will ensure its done.

The top field is the title of your to-do. This should maybe be a few words long but is rarely a full sentence.

**This step is crucial.** Please ensure you assign all To-Dos to both @Tyler Drewitz and @myXP Support. **Please note:** The **only** way the myXP team is aware that you have made a request is by using this assignment field. *If this is missed, we will not be made aware of your request.*

Please do not use the Due Date field unless this request is extremely urgent, as it signals to the myXP team to pause other projects and prioritize your request. We work to turn around all requests as quickly as possible, so unless there is a critical need, please leave the due date as **NO due date.** We follow this same pattern and will only use due dates when something is either urgent or when missing the due date affects our ability to provide monthly reporting.

In the body field, provide as much information as possible to ensure the myXP team can take action on your request. The more details, the better. You can drag and drop files, post links, and include any other relevant information to help process your request efficiently.

Once you have added all necessary info about your request, select "Add this to-do".

Think of something else to add? No problem. Select your todo.

Select the "Add Comment Here" option.

Type whatever else you want to add and and select "Add This Comment".
