Navigate to [https://gms.idonate.com/dashboard?dash=indicators](https://gms.idonate.com/dashboard?dash=indicators)

Locate the "Promotions" section and click "+ Create New"

Click the "Promo Code" field and name your Promo Code. \*Note: this is the code you will provide to donors for them to receive the discounted rate on their ticket purchase.

Click this dropdown and select the ticket type you'd like to apply the Promo to.

Click the "Discount Percentage" field and enter the percentage discount you'd like to provide on that ticket type.

Click the "Enter Limit" field if there is a limit of discounted tickets.

Click "No Limit" if the number of discounted tickets is unlimited.

Click the "Start Date" and "Start Time" fields to choose when this Promo will become active. Choose an "End Date" and "End Time" if you'd like the Promo to be disabled after a certain date.

Click the Pause icon to inactivate the Promo code, and Play icon to reactivate it.
