Enter a secure password and be sure you can remember this to log in in the future.

Enter the security code you received by text message, then click "Continue"

Fill in the answers to the questions accurately and as thoroughly as possible. By default, the questions show up one at a time. You can click "View questions in list" if you prefer to view all of the questions in a list.

You can switch back to single question view if you prefer by clicking "Show single view".

For questions where you need to upload a document, such as a W2 or 1099 Form, click "Add a document". 

On a computer, you can click "Upload it" to upload a file from your computer. From your phone or other mobile device, you can select the option to take a picture.

If you need to upload additional documents, click the "Additional Documents" button.

For direct deposit, please provide your bank name, routing number, and account number.

If a particular questions does not apply at all, you can click the "Skip" button.

At any time, you can view your progress on completing the questionnaire by clicking "Review your progress"

If you are not able to complete the questionnaire in one sitting, all of your progress will be saved automatically and you can pick up where you left off by going to <https://link.intuit.com> and logging in with your email and the password you used to create your account.

Click "Continue To Dos" and pick up where you left off.

If you are experiencing difficulty, click "I'm Stuck". This will send us a notification that you need help. It will also pop up an email window where you can send us an email explaining what trouble you're running into. 

When you are totally finished, click "I'm Done". This will send us a notification that you are done with the questionnaire. It will also pop up an email window where you can send us a note. If you don't have anything specific to tell us, you can just close out of that window. 

We'll review your questionnaire and follow up with you if anything is unclear or appears to be missing. Keep an eye on your email inbox, as you will receive email notifications from Intuit if we post additional questions for you in the portal. If you receive an email like that, log in again and review any open items in the portal.
