Navigate to <https://phos.azurewebsites.net> to create your first resource order.

Click [[Create Your First Order ]]\
or [[New Order]] if you already have orders in the system.

You can now select [[Vaccines ]]or [[Resources ]]when creating new order.

For the purpose of this guide, we'll be focusing on creating a Resource Order. Please choose [[Resources]] from the order type options and then click on [[Begin New Order.]]

Once you've initiated the order process, you will be directed to the Order Details Page. Here, you'll find a handy **progress indicator** to guide you through the four easy steps to create your order. Simply follow the Progress Indicator, and you'll be well on your way to completing your order effortlessly.

During the first step, your task is to select the items you wish to include in your order. Above the items, you will notice a panel. Each item in the list is categorized by at least one tag from the five available options. These tags make it simple for you to distinguish the resource type and intended audience, streamlining your selection process.

If you click on any of the resource order options it will open a window explaining how to use different delivery options.

If you click on any of the title  badges it will open a window explaining how to use different delivery options.

Clicking on any of the audience or resource type options will open a window explaining what each means.

The search bar, located in the top right corner, allows you to find resources by typing keywords associated with what you’re looking for. Enter the word(s) in the textbox to see categories and resources containing those keywords across all content columns. To clear the search results and view all resources again, simply delete the text from the search box.

To view resources expand categories you are interested in.

Thumbnail images are provided to facilitate quick scanning and identification of favorite or familiar resources. These visual previews offer a simple way to recognize and select resources efficiently.

You can filter items by one or multiple columns in our app. To identify which columns allow searching, keep an eye out for the filter icon located next to them. Clicking on this icon will open a compact filter pop-up, allowing you to refine your search criteria efficiently.

For instance, if you want to filter items by tag, just select the tag you're interested in and click [[Filter.]] To remove a filter applied to a column, click the filter icon once more and then select [[Clear]].

Items that have [[External ]]badge can be sourced from third-party providers. Click on the item’s tag [[External]] under the ‘Available’ column to access an external website that will have further information about the item and its availability.

A new tab will open in your browser, displaying a warning message to alert you that you are about to leave the system. On this page, you will find a link that indicates where you will be redirected.

To proceed with the redirection, simply wait for 10 seconds, and you will be automatically directed.

If you decide not to proceed  you have a 10-second window to close this tab before the redirection occurs.

Items that have [[Print Your Own]] badge can be printed. Click on the item’s tag ‘Print Your Own’ under the ‘Available’ column to open the item in a new window and select your printing preferences.

Items that have [[Hard Copy]] badge are available as physical copies. If an item is tagged with "Hard Copy," you can easily order it directly from the Middlesex-London Health Unit. Fill in the ‘Items Required’ column to proceed with your order.

**Important Note:** When entering the quantity in the 'Items Required' column, please input **the total number of individual items you need**, **not the number of packages.** \
\
For example, if an item is packaged with **10** items each, you can enter quantities like **10, 20, 30, 40, 50**, and so on, up to the allowed limit. However, please refrain from entering quantities like 2, 3, 4, or 5, as these should be multiples of the item's packaging quantity.

You can conveniently adjust the quantity of items using the small stepper buttons. These buttons allow you to increase or decrease the number of items by the packaging quantity.

In the example provided, each time you click the up arrow, it will add 3 items because this particular resource is packaged with 3 items per package.

After you [[select ]]the items you need, click[[ Review Cart ]]to add your items to the order and go to the next step.

The purpose of this step 2 is to review and confirm the items you have selected, along with their respective quantities.

If you need to remove an item from your order, simply click on the [[x]] button located next to the item's name.

When you click on the [[x]] button a confirmation dialog will appear. To proceed with removing the item, simply click on Remove.

After you review your cart, click [[Delivery]] to go to the next step.

Please provide any special instructions that may impact the delivery of your order (e.g., wayfinding instructions, office hours, contact person)

Please note, the delivery method will be determined based on the size of your order and confirmed via email.

You can also specify if you are willing to coordinate pick-up with vaccine order.

Please note, while every attempt will be made to coordinate resource pick-up with vaccines when requested, this will not always be possible. Once your order is received, your order details will be reviewed, and the final delivery / pick-up method will be confirmed via email.

To proceed to the next step, click on the [[Review ]]button after you've provided the necessary delivery instructions. This will take you to the next stage of the order process.

Please take a moment to review your order carefully. 

This is your final opportunity to make any changes. If necessary, you can still add, remove, or edit your order items, or update your delivery information. Ensure everything is accurate before proceeding to ensure a seamless order process.

If you need to make any changes to your order, feel free to utilize the provided buttons to do so.

When you ready to submit your order click button [[Submit]]

After submitting your order, you should receive a notification and an email confirming that your order has been successfully submitted.

**Congratulations! You have successfully placed your first resource order.**

You should be able to see your order in Orders Page under tab Submitted

 You can now monitor the status of your order, and it will be updated as soon as there are any changes made by the admin. This feature allows you to stay informed about the progress of your order in real-time.
