Go to Settings -&gt; Request Portal -&gt; Non-login Requests -&gt; Click "Enabled".

Non-Login Requests

Visitors on Request Portal can create reservation requests as guests without having to sign in.

Enabled
Disabled
Allow people outside the organization to submit requests

Phone

Tip! To enable "Non-login Requests", make sure you have "Restricted Access" disabled so non-login members can access your Request Portal.

Requesters can access your Request Portal now. Click "Items"

As shown below, a non-login requester won't be signed in.

The requester will be taken to the following window where they will be required to enter their Full Name, Email and Phone Number.

The following prompt will appear on the Request Portal notifying the requester that their reservation has been made.

Admins can access the request from their Request Management Center  to take actions on the request.
