Navigate to [https://admin.portone.cloud/invoices](https://admin.portone.cloud/invoices)

Click "Choose Template" to choose the newly created template

Click the newly created template & proceed with creating Invoice from it

Click the "Customer Name\*" field and enter customer name

Click the "Email\*" field and enter customer Email ID

Click the Contact Number and enter customer phone number

Click "Send invoice via SMS ?" if you wish to send the Invoice via SMS

Click Invoice date and configure the Invoice date content

Click Invoice due date and configure the Invoice Due date content

Review remaining data pre-filled from Invoice template & Click "Create New Invoice"

Voila! Your new Invoice is created using the Invoice template
