Before making changes to your PDF, it is always good practice to create a backup copy. Next, select the Layers icon in Adobe from the right-hand menu bar. Once selected, a layer menu will appear.

Next, locate the option for flattening layers by selecting the ellipsis or "three dots" menu. Check the box next to "Discard Hidden Layer Content" and "Flatten Visible Layers."

Select the Flatten Layers option.

Select YES to proceed.

The Layers Icon changes to indicate no further layers remain in the document.

SAVE the file to your local drive or preferred location.
