Click the "Customers" icon from the menu

You are present with four overall metrics: **Customers** - Total unique customers who have made a purchase. **Loyalty Customers** -how many of your customers are actively signed up to your loyalty programme. **Guest customers** - a count of customers who accrued points from an order but did not sign up for an account. **Total points balance** - a count of all outstanding points across your customers.

The ability to: - Serach the directory - Import data - Export data - Filter the directory Can be found here.

You can see a list of all customers including their: - Name & Email address - Points balance - Current loyalty tier - How many referrals they have made Then click on "View" to get a more detailed view.
