Once in the customer directory, click "View" on a specific customer.

Within "Details" you can see: - Email address - Their member v guest status - Birthday (if submitted) - Source of customer data - All time points earnt - The option to remove them from the programme.

The "Activity" area show you a timeline of all loyatly programme activity. eg Points earned, redeemed.

"Orders" shows you all orders that have been imported to Upzelo

This is showing the customers current point balance

This area shows you the customers current loyalty tier

Finally you can see the customer referral link and how many referrals they have made.
