\*To do so, first Login to the appropriate store location's **iN account**, select **Sales** in the top bar once logged in and a left sidebar menu will show. Select **Sales and Marketing &gt; AdBuilder** to access this site.

Once logged into iN &gt; AdBuilder, hover over Campaigns &gt; Spring Retail Campaign &gt; Digital &gt; Static Banners &gt; Customizable &gt; APR.   Click "APR"

Click "BEGIN CUSTOMIZATION" on the size display ad you want to customize.

Click "2024 CR-V Hybrid Special APR" (Chosen based on inventory levels)

Click "SPORT HYBRID" (chosen based on inventory levels by Trim)

Click this button field to Finalize the ad after previewing all details.

Click "I Agree" on the Disclaimer box. (You will enter this required info at Checkout).

Start typing "pro" to make our store location drop down. \
Click "Proctor Honda (Dealer) - 2373 W. Tennessee St."

Click "OK" and this will add it to your Checkout Cart.

Alert! Now repeat Steps 1 through 16 of this tutorial for each individual display ad size or offer you want to customize and download. In this case, I customized all 5 individual sizes with the same offer details and added to Cart before final Checkout steps below. 

Tip! \*Occasionally, OEM's will offer a single customizable "Bundle" of all the display ad or website banner sizes/dimensions, so you only have to do these customization steps once for all sizes. *(Unfortunately, that was not available for this particular campaign.)*

Once all the banners you want are in the checkout Cart, copy the expiration date **"Expires 7/8/24"** so you can add the expiration date to 'run dates' field on the required pre-approval form that pops up before downloading the assets. 

**\*Pro Tip:** Renaming your file names to include run dates or expiration dates, will also help when setting up the actual campaigns afterward, keeping organized campaign folders, & for any Co-op/Compliance Program Pre-Approvals or Claims you may have to make in the future. \

*(If there are various expiration dates for different assets in your checkout cart, just screenshot the whole page and save that for reference!)*

Make sure the Estimated total is $0.00 in case you accidentally included paid items that you didn't mean to, then Click **"Checkout"**

The Pre-approval Email form will now pop-up and automatically send in your ads to for pre-approval. This is where you will need to enter all of the Required fields mentioned earlier.\

Click the **"Dealership or DAA Name"** field, type in **Proctor Honda** (or whichever store location you are working on).

Enter your personal email address in the CC box and anyone else you may want to receive a copy of the compliance emails. 

Click the **"Provide Run Dates"** field. This is where I entered today's start date through the expiration date in this format: **"4/5/2024 - 7/8/2024"**\

Special Instructions are not required, but if you feel you need to include any additional notes for the Compliance team, feel free to enter them here. \
*(ie. a Tentative End date, subject to change depending on the asset & usage)*

Click the "Contact Number" field and input your direct phone number in case they need to contact you with any questions. 

Click "OK" and it will automatically take you to your Downloads section. 

Click **"Download"** on the latest file once its Status says **"Complete"**

**Yay you are now done building a full set of customized offer display ads for your campaign in AdBuilder!** \

You are now ready to open the Downloads folder on your computer and extract the Zip Folder files wherever you normally save and organize your campaign assets. Then re-name your files accordingly. *(I usually include the make, model, year, offer, medium, run dates, and ad size in the name.)*
