Customizing a Proposal & Package Price

    Navigate to the relevant project.
    Click the "Forms" tab.
    Click "Edit" on the proposal.
    Locate the package you need to customize and click into it.
    A menu on the left will pop up. Click "Edit package".
    Locate the line item you are editing or changing the price of. Click the arrow next to the line item.
    Click "Edit"
    Make the updates to the package contents and price.
    Click "Save item"
    Click "Apply". DON'T FORGET THIS!
    Repeat as needed. Once you've made all customizations, click the arrow next to "Save Form" in the top right.
    Click "Save and close"
    If a workflow to-do directed you to make this customization, click the "Workflows" tab. (If you're just customizing and sending manually, skip to step 15).
    Check off the To Do that directed you to do this in order to send the proposal.
    If you were manually sending this proposal, click "Send". (If a workflow to-do directed you to send this, refer to step 13).
    You may simply type a custom email in the box, OR you can click here to locate a canned email from your library to use.
    Select the appropriate canned email.
    Click "Send"
