On the **Working Trial Balance**, Select **QuickBooks**

Select the **Path** of the **QuickBooks** File

**Import into Opening Balance** is Selected by Default, when Importing a Yearly Trial Balance.

**Import Monthly Movements** is Selected if you are Importing a Monthly Trial Balance, otherwise Leave this Deselected to Import a Yearly Trial Balance.

**From and To Dates** Adjust the Import Dates if Necessary, to Import the Trial Balance for the correct period.

**Automatically link Accounts on Import** will link each Account in your Accounting Application to the Correct Link Number in Draftworx
