The KATANA Safety Dashboard is your central hub for managing users, monitoring alarm activity, and ensuring compliance across your organization. This powerful tool allows administrators to add and manage users, review real-time and historical alarm reports, and track user engagement to ensure everyone is properly set up and using the system effectively. This guide will walk you through the key features of the dashboard, helping you maximize its functionality to keep your team safe and informed.

Katanasafety

Navigate to <https://enterprise.katanasafety.com>

Input your company issued email address

You will be required to enter your password along with your email address to login. These credentials are the same as what you use to get into the KATANA Safety app. If you forgot your password, please [click here](https://scribehow.com/shared/How_to_change_your_password__DaMYWhQVQy678qPv435pnA).

Click "Enter"

You will be brought to the home page of the dashboard.

This page gives a general overview of user activity and alarm statistics.

Users

The "List" option allows you to withdraw users from your KATANA Safety account as well as update the location of users.

By clicking "Withdraw" the user will be removed from your account. Next, we will go over "Location"

The "Locations" option allows admins to group users. This allows the admin to place specific users into categories. This can be helpful for filtering data. To create a location, click "Add Location."

A KATANA Safety account can be set up 2 ways. The first way is by clicking "Join" in the app. Another way is to use this "Invitations" feature in the dashboard. By clicking "New Invitation" an admin can send an email invite to a new user to complete the account set up.

Broadcast Messaging may be included in your subscription tier. Broadcast Messaging allows admins to send a custom message to either a select group of users, or the whole organization. This message will be received as a text message on the user's device.

By clicking on the "Select Location" box, you can filter who you want this message to go to.

Visit evaluation may be included in your subscription tier. Visit Evaluation allows users to "Start a visit" on their KATANA Safety app. They can choose from 3 options on how they felt about this visit: Uncomfortable, Unsafe, or Safe. There is also an option to add notes about the visit. In the "Visits" section, admins can view visits from the past 24 hours to 90 days. This allows feedback for cases of hot spots or areas that show a pattern of discomfort. We recommend viewing this report weekly.

Click on "Analytics." "User Status" allows admins to view the activity of users. (When they were last in the app, battery health, settings adjustments) We recommend viewing this report monthly. Scroll for more details.

Clicking on User Status will open up the User Status Report. This can be exported as a .csv file.

TIP: Hovering over a box with your mouse will tell you what the issue is.

Next, click on "Alarms"

You can view any alarms that were triggered in the past 7-90 days. This report will tell you who triggered an alert, where, when, and if dispatch occurred. We recommend checking this weekly.

Example:

Along with the Alarms report, you can choose to view any dispatches that have ocurred.

You can filter the timeline you wish to view.

To view any Check-Ins, you can find it under "Analyitcs"

You can filter Check-Ins from the past 24 hours to 90 days by clicking on each one.

At the bottom of the Check-Ins page, there will be a list of past check-ins. It will also inform you of when and where the check-in occurred. To get more details on a specific check-in, click on the 3 dots located on the left-hand side of the page. See image below. Next, Click on view check-in.

Last is the Device Order Form, this is where you can go to order a new/replacement device.
