Navigate to the hierarchy (Partner > Division) where the advertiser is located that you wish to delete and serach for that advertiser

Click "EDIT" to view Advertiser details

Scroll to bottom of General Tab and click "Delete Advertiser"

Click "Delete"

Success! If you'd like to confirm your advertiser is deleted, you can search the Advertiser list for that Partner.
