On a submitted order, there may be **Minimum Usage Fee/s** if the customer has not added sufficient products to cover you minimum usage amount. This will be displayed on the bottom section of the **Job Report** page.

To modify this cost, click **Accept/Download Job**

Next, click **Edit Cost** to modify the fee.

Under the **Minimum Usage Fees:** field, it will list all minimum usages being charged on the order.

You can override any Minimum Usage Fees by typing in your desired amount, e.g. [[20]] will override the previous amount of $123.04 to $20.

 Send Back to Customer for Variation Confirmation?

To finalise, click **Send Back to Customer** for them to approve the new minimum usage fee amount.

Don't need further client approval? Uncheck the '*Send Back to Customer for Variation Confirmation'* option and click **Accept Job**

Deleting Minimum Usage or Minimum Job Charge Fees

To remove Minimum Usage Fees (or Minimum Job Charge Fees) click the **DELETE** button

If you do not require further approval from the customer, move forward with approving the job by unchecking "**Send Back to Customer for Variation Confirmation?**" option.

The fees will be deleted and shown accordingly in the job totals
