This article will guide you step by step through how orders will appear in the driver app for those in the volumetric industry. Please bear in mind that what you'll see represents the general flow and may look a bit different in your setup. Numerous customizable options are available to meet your specific needs.

Once you've launched the app. navigate over to the 'My Tasks' tab. In here, you will find all of the active and completed orders that was assigned to you

On a active order, click on the arrow on the top right for a more expanded view and click on the order itself to start it

From here, you will be greeted with a lot of different information related to the order starting with your route and job information.

Note! You can click on the green map icon beside the order address to open up directions to the site on your phone's native GPS app.

On the top righthand side, you will find the message box icon.

In here you will be able to send messages to the dashboard in regards to anything relevant to this specific order

Back in the original page, further below you will find the delivery slip and e-ticket under 'Documents.

In this example under 'Job Items', you will find the product and quantity poured on the order. To edit the quantity poured, click on the quantity beside the product

Note! Quantity metrics can be customized to your specific needs (Ex. based on m3, yards, units, hours, etc.)

From here, you can edit the quantity on the order

Note! The ability for drivers to edit the quantity poured on a order is initially disabled. If you'd like to enable this feature for your drivers, reach out to the Tough Commerce support team and we'd be happy to assist.

Under 'View / Add Options', you will find any options that were added on to the order. Drivers can click the 'Add Option' button to add any options that may be used during the job

Note! The ability for drivers to add, edit, or delete options from the order is initially disabled. If you'd like to enable this feature for your drivers, please contact the Tough Commerce support team.

From here, you will be shown a list of options available. Simply click on the checkbox beside the option you wish to add on. Depending on your setup, you can also allow drivers to input the quantity of the option they are adding on, as shown below

Note! If you so choose, we can set it up so that any option the driver adds must first be approved by someone on the dashboard before the order is complete.

Your changes will now show in the 'View / Add Options' tab

Under 'Drivers', you will find all drivers linked to the order and information on each one and their job (Ex. number of trucks on order, drivers name, job time, quantity)

Under 'View / Add Notes', you can view any notes and pictures sent by dashboard users or created by drivers themselves. In this example, a note was auto created when the driver added in a new option.

Note! These notes and pictures can only be seen by dashboard users and drivers

And lastly under 'Job Timestamps', you will be able to see all relevant timestamps on the order

Note! The timestamps will update on the time the button at the bottom is clicked directly correlating to whatever step the driver is on. Example, whatever time the driver clicked 'Start Job' will now be the time shown beside 'Job Start' under 'Job Timestamps'. If a driver forgets to click the updates at the appropriate time, dashboard users can manually change the timestamps on their end.

When you are ready to start the order, click 'Start Job'

Click 'Start' to confirm you are starting the job. Click on the checkbox above to notify the customer that the order has started

**Keep in mind!** A dashboard user must set the order to the 'Booked' status in order for a driver to be able to start the order. If it is not done the popup below will appear

Now that the order has started, the status will update along the top to indicate the current stage the driver is in. Order status has now updated to 'Started Job'

Once you have arrived on site, click on the 'I've Arrived' button along the bottom. The order can be canceled by the driver at this stage if things have changed

Order status has now updated to 'On-site'

At this point, 'Delivery Controls' should now appear. First one I will show you is 'Proof Of Delivery'

Note! Delivery controls can be made to either be required by your drivers to fill out or glossed over if you so choose

In here will be where your driver will either enter the address or use the pin to locate where they did the pour

After that, you can enter a comment along with a picture of the site if you so choose

Your newly input info will now show under 'Delivery Controls'

Next is the 'Add Signature' delivery control.

In here you can enter the foreman's name and grab their signature if necessary. If it isn't or you are unable to get the signature, click on the checkbox beside 'No Signature'

The signature will now show in delivery controls. Lastly, there is 'Custom Controls'

Under 'Custom Controls', you will find a list of questions for the driver to answer about the order

Note! The questions asked can be customized to whatever you deem appropriate. Just reach out to the Tough Commerce support team and we'd be happy to assist.

You will now see your customer control questions and answers in the app. Click the edit button on the righthand side of 'Custom Controls' if you ever need to make any changes

Once you are done pouring and ready to leave site, click on 'Done On-site'

You will be prompted to either 'Return To Yard' or 'Start Another Task'. In this example, I will choose to return to yard.

Note! Returning to yard will prompt the driver to do one more update once they have returned to yard to end their job. Starting another task will end the job and prompt the driver to choose their next active job.

Order status has now updated to 'Returning'

Once you've returned to yard, click on 'Complete Job'

Click 'Complete' to confirm you have finished you task

A popup will now appear letting you know you have finished your job and if you have any more active tasks left to do for the day

Under the 'Complete' tab back on the main screen, you will find your completed job!
