**How to use Discount Campaigns?**

- You should execute discount campaigns strategically, and one way to do this is by using the discount code as a loyalty tool.
- You can add the discount code to your post-departure email.
- You can also use the discount code for celebrating milestones such as a national holiday, Hotel birthday, renovations, etc. The coupon is a creative, unique, personal marketing tool that promotes more direct bookings.

 

You can configure your discount codes in 5 easy steps

Scroll down to the discount codes tab and create your unique discount code. 

Add the discount rate and adjust the discount to single or multiple use. 

Your discount code has been set, click SAVE, and the code will be active. 

Click the **Book** button to access your Booking Engine.

Guests will use the coupon in your booking engine in the upper right corner.  

**Good to know**

- You may use any code. However, we advise you to create a code that is easy and related to the event or season you are giving a discount on.
- If the guest tries to select dates that are not included in the campaign, he will receive an error message.
- You can use the discount code percentage instead of a fixed rate that automatically applies to each booking.
- The post-departure email with the Discount code encourages returning guests and promotes direct bookings.
