The Doordash Marketplace SSIO process will only work after the necessary work has been completed by the **Deliverit** team. Please **do not** attempt integration without notifying the **Deliverit** team first.

**Log-in** to<https://my.deliverit.com.au>with your **DPOS Cloud account credentials**.

Select the **Integrations** tab on the left-hand navigation bar.

Click the **Add** button for **Doordash**.

After clicking the "**Add**" button, the Consent Popup below serves as a reminder for users before proceeding with this specific action. By clicking '**Continue**', the user will be redirected to the **Doordash login page**. Clicking '**Cancel**' button will dismiss the consent popup and halt SSIO process.

After clicking the **Continue** button, this **Doordash** login page will appear.

**Doordash Login Page** is where users input their credentials to generate a token that will be utilized for the self-onboarding procedure.

Input your **Doordash user credentials.**

Take note, the onboarding will only proceed if the entered credentials belong to a Business Admin User and if not, it will result in an error popup.

After you click the **Sign -In** button, a **Sync Location** Popup will appear. **Select** a **Store Location** from the dropdown.

**Sync Location** Popup - the user will be able to select a store to sync and initialize.

If there is only one store, the user should only see their singular store in the selection. But, if the store is part of chain, the user should be able to view multiple stores that are part of the chain

After selecting the correct location, click the **Continue** button.

If you click the "**Cancel**" button, the sync location popup will be dismissed, and you will be redirected back to the **Integration** page.

After clicking the **Continue** button and completing the **Sync Location** process, a **Validating Menu** pop-up will appear. This process does not require user interaction unless the menu validation fails. The **Menu Validation** process will take approximately **5 minutes or less.**

When the users encounters **Menu Blocked** error, please notify the **Deliverit** team to investigate this error.

These are the following errors when the validating of the menu fails:

- Deal selection is empty.
- Deal selection has the same order value.
- Condiments group is empty.
- Menu category is empty.
- Trading hours are null.
- 'Request Onboarding' in Client Admin not initiated.

After the **Deliverit** team has notified you the menu has been checked and updated, go back to the Studio **Integration** page and click the **Update Menu** button to validate the menu once again.

Upon successful integration, you will see an **Integration Successful** prompt confirming success . Click **Back to Integration**.

In the **Integration Page**, the **Doordash** Integration should now indicate **Connected**.
