Navigate to the User Dashboard [https://app.complianceview360.com/dashboard/](https://app.complianceview360.com/dashboard/)

Select the community in which you are needing to download draft letters from.

Locate the Drive Inspection that contains the letters and then select the blue "View Inspection" button.

Click "Yes, Download Letters!" to generate a PDF file containing the draft letters.

Click "Download Bulk Files" to save the bulk PDF file to your computer.
