Downloading Survey Comments

On your homepage, select the **Comments** section.

Use the dropdown menu to select the **survey** you would like to view. You can download responses from any of your **Pulse** or **custom** surveys you've created.

Use the second dropdown menu to choose your **timeframe**. It defaults to 3 months, but you can adjust it to fit your needs.

Select any **filters** you wish to apply to your download. This allows you to segment feedback and focus on specific groups or themes.

Finally, click **Generate PDF**.

**Decide** if you'd like to show respondent names or keep them hidden. Keeping them hidden is a great option when sharing the PDF with other community members.

Then, click **Create**. Your download will now begin!

Click the button to **download**.

Or, **apply filters** to your word cloud. Click this button to **filter**.

Select the **filters** you'd like to apply.

Then, click **Apply**.

Finally, return to the **download** button and download your word cloud!
