To Add or Update Directors or Shareholders details, Navigate to the **Secretarial Information**, in **Client Setup**.

To add a Director, enter the Name in the **Green Field** highlighted

To update the **Gender**, to have the reports in the Annual Financial Statements refer to the appropriate pronoun, select the Gender from the list provided.

To update the Directors **Interest,** enter the Interest in the field highlighted.

To set the **Appointed** or **Resigned** dates, select the **Date Icon** and then select the appropriate date.

The **Type**, **Nationality**, **Email**, **Mobile** and **ID Number** are optional fields that can be edited by selecting the relevant **text box** and typing in the details.

In the event you wish to change the order of **Directors** or **Shareholders**, you can select and hold the **Striped Icon** and **Drag** the selection up or down to reorder.

You are able to edit and update the **Director** or **Shareholder** information at any given time.

Should any **Directors** also be the **Shareholders**, select the **Blue Copy Icon** and the system will **Copy** all the information from the **Directors** section to the **Shareholders** section. \

Please note if you choose to update the **Shareholders** details first, you will also be able to **Copy** the **Shareholders** details to the **Directors** in the same manner.

When copying information from **Directors**, the only field that will need to be updated is the **Holding** field, enter the **Shareholders Holding** % in the highlighted field.

If the **Shareholders** details are different to the **Directors** details, you are able to add all **Shareholders** details, in the same manner as the **Directors** steps above.

To remove any **Directors** or any **Shareholders** who are no longer applicable to the **Client Entity**, select the **Red Dustbin Icon.**

Select **OK** on the **Confirm Delete** notification, to confirm the deletion.

Once deleted the **Shareholder**/ **Director** will no longer appear in the **Secretarial Information** or on the **Annual Financial Statements**.
