The **Preparer's** and **Reviewer's** information can be added on the **Cover** **Page** of the Annual Financial Statements

Navigate to the **Cover Page** on the Annual Financial Statements

At the bottom of the sheet you will see a section called **Settings for the above:** Input the **Preparer** and **Reviewer** details in the dark blue **Input Cells**

**Annual Financia Statements** will refer to **Audited Financial Statements** when the **ReportAudit** sheet is **Active** in the **Content Tab**

To have the **Annual Financial Statements** refer to **Independently Reviewed Financial Statements**, **Deactivate** the **ReportAudit** and **Activate** **ReportReview** sheets in the **Content Tab.**

To have the **Annual Financial Statements** refer to **Unaudited Unreviewed Financial Statements** or **Compiled Financial Statements**, **Deactivate** the **ReportAudit** and **ReportReview** sheets in the **Content Tab,** and **Activate** either **ReportCompilation, ReportOfficer**.

Note for **South African Companies** using the **IFRS** or **IFRS for SME Frameworks** the wording will always be **Unaudited Unreviewed Financial Statements** and not **Compiled Financial Statements.** This is in line with the **Companies Act** requirement **Section 29 paragraph 1(e)(i)(cc).**
