Navigate to your [Client List](https://cloud.draftworx.com/#/clients) screen

To create a **new** **Client Engagement**, enter the **Client Details** in the respective fields

To choose your **Country**, select the **Country** dropdown. Choosing a **Country** will provide you with the opportunity to prepare **Annual Financial Statements** in accordance with the selected **Country's Companies Act**.

If your **Country**, is not on the list, you can select South Africa for a generic **IFRS** template, you can then update the **Country** specific settings in the **Client Setup**. Please refer to our [Client Setup](https://draftworx.helpjuice.com/cloud/draftworx-cloud-client-setup) article for more info.

To choose the **Framework** of your **Annual Financial Statements**, select the **Framework** dropdown, then select the required **Framework** from the list.

The price of the **Framework** will be to the right of the **Framework** name. **Draftworx Cloud** works on a **Pay-as-you-use basis**

If you require assistance in deciding on the best **Framework** for your **Client Engagement**, select the **Blue Question Mark Icon.**

The **Choosing Framework** menu will pop up, providing guidance on which would best suit your Engagement requirements.

To choose the **Working Papers** to add to your **Client Engagement**, you can select the **Working Papers** dropdown, then select the required **Working Papers** from the list.

To assist with selecting which **Working Papers** would best suit your **Client Engagement**, select the **Blue Question Mark Icon.**

The **Choosing Working Papers** menu will pop up, providing guidance on which would best suit your **Engagement** requirements.

Select the **Tax Year** dropdown and choose from the list provided to set your client year.

A default **Year End** will be selected for you, if your **Client** has a different **Year End**, select the **Calendar Icon** and choose the correct date.

If the **Client** happens to be for a **Period** less than or more than a standard **12 Month** **Period** , you are able to select the required **Period** from the list provided.

Once all the fields have been completed and you are happy to proceed, select **Add Client**

Please note that when you add the **Client Engagement**, the **New Client Price** will be deducted from your **Prepaid Credits Balance**.

Once the file is added, you will be directed to your **Client Engagement**, where you may proceed with the **Drafting** process.
