Navigate to your [Client List](https://cloud.draftworx.com/#/clients) screen

To edit an existing **User Role**, select the new **User Role** from the selection list.

**Clerk Access** - Enables a **User** to sign off a document as **Prepared** but the **Clerk** is unable to make changes to formulas and prevents access to normally locked cells.\
\
**Manager Access** - Enables a **User** to sign off a document as **Manager Reviewed** and also permits changes to formulas and access to normally locked cells.\
\
**Partner Access** - Enables a **User** to sign off a document as **Partner Reviewed** and also permits changes to formulas and access to normally locked cells.

To edit an existing **Users Client Access**, select **Client Access.**

You can enable or disable access by selecting or clearing the **Checkbox** next to the corresponding **Client File** name. Once you have made your desired changes select **Save** to save your changes.

To remove an Existing **User** from your **Practice**, select **Delete.**

You will receive a prompt to confirm should you wish to **Delete User.**

Please note once a **User** has been removed from the **Practice** you will need to invite them again to give them access. You cannot undo the **Delete.**
