There are two potential options to split **Depreciation** on the face of the **Property Plant and Equipment Note**.

Navigate to [Working Trial Balance](https://draftworx.helpjuice.com/cloud/importing-your-trial-balance-cloud)

The fist option is to split the **Depreciation** using **Journals**, You will need to understand [Manually Adding Trial Balance Entries](https://draftworx.helpjuice.com/cloud/manually-adding-entries-on-the-trial-balance-cloud) and [How to Process a Journal Entry](https://draftworx.helpjuice.com/cloud/cloud-new-journal-screen) to do this.

First you would need to [Manually Add a New Trial Balance Entries](https://draftworx.helpjuice.com/cloud/manually-adding-entries-on-the-trial-balance-cloud) for **Depreciation** for each class of asset. In this example you will see I added two new **Accounts** for **Depreciation,** note the unique **Depreciation** **Link** for each class of asset.

Then I [Created a New Journal Entry](https://draftworx.helpjuice.com/cloud/cloud-new-journal-screen) to split the **Depreciation** between the different **Accounts**.

Note the **Depreciation** is now split between the different asset classes on the **Property Plant and Equipment Note** after my **Journal** has been processed.

The second option is to split the **Depreciation** directly on the **Annual Financial Statements** in the **Property Plant and Equipment Note** itself.

Open the **Financial Statements** and navigate to the **Property Plant and Equipment Note**

In this example the **Depreciation** on the **Property Plant and Equipment Note** is aggregated in one asset class as no **Journal** has not been processed.

**Navigate** to the **Yellow Rounding Corrections Cells** at the bottom of the **Property Plant and Equipment Recon.**

**Enter** the correct **Depreciation Amounts** in the **Rounding Correction Cells** for the respective asset classes.

Once updated in the **Rounding Correction Cells**, the **Depreciation** will show as **Split** in the **Property, Plant and Equipment Note**.
