Select the Description in the **Disclosure Description** Column

Change the **Disclosure Description** by Typing the Preferred Description in the **Disclosure Description** Column and **Select**

The **Disclosure Description** will Reflect in the Relevant Sections of the **Annual** **Financial Statements**
