To Reorder the Note Numbers on the Statement of Financial Position (SoFP) or Statement of Comprehensive Income (SoCI) in Numerical order, the Notes must be moved accordingly on the Notes Sheets

Navigate to the Note Number that should be changed and Select **Design**

Select **Move Down** or **Move Up** to change the position of the Note and the Note Number accordingly

When moving a Note, the **Move up** or **Move down button** might have to be selected more than once, as the Note must move past each closed Note before the note number will change.

The **Note numbers** on the SoFP and SoCI will be changed accordingly after moving the Notes in the Notes sheet
