On the **Client Setup**, Navigate to **General Information**

The **Trading** as Name and **Registration Number** can be added if Applicable, and the **Company Name** can be altered if necessary

Applicable **Dates** can be Adjusted Accordingly by Selecting the **Drop-down** next to the Relevant Option

Navigate on the **Calendar** and Select the Correct Date

**Date of Signature**: Date on which the Partner Signs off on the Relevant Report **Financials Approval**: Date on which the Directors will Approve the Financials

**Currency Rounding** provides **Decimals** as a Default Option, which excludes Cents. Should you wish to Round to a Different Option, you can Select from the List Provided.

The **Currency Rounding** Option will not affect the Figures on the **Working Trial Balance**, only the Figures displayed on the **Annual Financial Statements**.
