On the **Client Setup**, Navigate to **Naming Conventions**

Under **Naming Conventions** the **Entity Description**, **Management** and **Owner Description**, **Equity Description** and **Applicable Acts** can be Amended.

The Descriptions in the **Naming Conventions** Section will Reflect on the Relevant Sections of the Annual Financial Statements, and Changes thereto will Update Immediately.

Amend the **Entity Description** if Presenting for an Entity that is not a Company, by Typing the Preferred **Entity Description**

The **Applicable Act** can be Changed by Using the Drop-down to Select the Relevant Act or by Typing the **Applicable Act** in the Cell

If an **Additional Act** is Applicable, the Act can be Typed in the Textbox Provided

To Reference the Board on the Relevant Reports on the Annual Financial Statements instead of the Director, Select **Reference to Board.** The Description of the Board can be Amended at **Board Description**

The **Presentation of Profit or Loss** can be changed to **Surplus or Deficit** by Using the Drop-down to Change the Presentation

The **Description** of the **Equity, Capital Contributed** and **Distribution** can be changed to the preferred Description

Use the Drop-down to Select the Preferred **Description** for **Management** if it differs from the Default

Use the Drop-down to Select the Preferred **Description** for **Owners** if it differs from the Default
