On the **Client Setup**, Navigate to **Shareholders** and input the Information in the **Orange Line**

Use of the **Drop-down** if the **Gender** should be Specified, the **Holding** percentage and the Additional Information can be Typed in

After all Information is added for the Shareholder, Press **ENTER**

The Next **Shareholder** can now be Added on the **Orange Line**

To Change the Order of the **Shareholders**, Select The Shareholder and the **Arrow** to Move the Shareholder Up or Down

To **Delete** a **Shareholder**, Select the Shareholder and Select **X**

If the Entity is **Owner Managed**, the Information can be Copied from the **Shareholders** or the **Directors** Section to the Other

Select **Copy Shareholders to Directors** to Duplicate the Information

The **Appointment** and **Resignation** **Dates** can be added for each **Director** by Selecting the **Drop-down** and Choosing the Correct Date

To Change the Order of the **Directors**, Select the Director and the **Arrow** to Move the Director Up or Down

To **Delete** a **Director**, Select the Director and Select **X**
