Navigate to [https://regent.instructure.com/courses/3438/external_tools/189](https://regent.instructure.com/courses/3438/external_tools/189)

Click the filter to show your lists. If you don't see the list you need, you may need to add the list to your lists. See the "How To Add An Existing List to Your Lists" how-to guide. 

Click the three dots to the right of the reading list you wish to duplicate. 

Click "Duplicate list." It will then show a list with the same title and a number in parentheses next to it. 

You can rename the list name and then click on the three dots to the right of the reading list name.

Click "ASSOCIATE & CLOSE" once you've verified that the dates that autopopulated are correct. 

Review your list and then click "SAVE AND SEND TO LIBRARY" so that Library Reserves can complete its review of your list. 

You will receive a confirmation pop-up telling you it has been sent to the library.

Click "Publish" to make the list available to students as the duplicated list defaults to being in Draft. The library will publish classes that are in draft mode once the review is completed if you forget this step.

A confirmation pop-up will let you know that the list has been published to the students.
