Navigate to Power BI app and Click "Cost Groups"

Right-click the cost group to be used and select "Cost Group" from the drill-through menu.

Enter a name to the subscription and add the recipients

Enter the start date and frequency for the report to be emailed.

Enter the time and timezone for the report to be emailed.

Report will be emailed to selected stakeholders on the date you chose. Same process can be applied to any report that you wish to schedule.
