Scroll through the archive then select the "Apply for Program Completion" event. 

In the right pane, review the "Name" field. If the "Name" field is what you'd like printed on your diploma, you do not need to complete any additional steps. If the "Name" is not what you want printed on your diploma, please continue.

Type "Edit Program", then Select the "Edit My Program Completion Application"

At the prompt, review that the options selected are correct. \

If you are a joint degree student, you will need to edit your application for each program of study.

The value in the "Name" field will be the name that is printed on your diploma.

Workday will display the name type you previously selected. If you have edited this name type after submitting your Program Completion Application, the updated information will appear in this task. If the value displayed in the name field is what you'd like on your diploma, skip to step 9.

Please note that the updated name will NOT be used as the name on your diploma until you complete this task.

Select from the list of options. \

If the name you want printed on your diploma is not an option, you will need to exit this task and complete the "Change My Preferred Name" task to edit your preferred name. Once you've completed the "Change My Preferred Name" task, you can restart the Edit Program Completion Application process.

Click the "Submit" button to submit your changes to the Program Completion Application.

Click the "Done" button to close this task. You will be returned to the Workday home screen.\

NOTE: There are additional tasks to complete.

In your inbox, you will have a new task: Update Diploma Mailing Address. \

If your address has not changed from when you originally completed the Program Completion Application, click "Submit" to complete the to-do item. Once completed, you'll receive a new task to "Change My Home Contact Information". \

Repeat this step for the "Change My Home Contact Information" task.
