Editing Your Exclusion Lists In Vintory AI

Learn how to effectively manage your exclusion lists by editing entries, adding new contacts, or removing outdated information. This guide helps you maintain clean audience data to ensure your marketing campaigns remain targeted and accurate.

Vintory

Navigate to [https://ai.staging.vintory.com/app](https://ai.staging.vintory.com/app)

Audience Navigation

Click "Audiences" in the left-menu pane.

From the top menu, select "Exclusion Lists"

Now select the list you'd like to edit.

List and Contact Deletion

By click on the three dots, you'll find the option to "Delete List"

Either proceed with deleting the list or select "Cancel"

By selecting the checkbox, you can choose multiple contacts that you'd like to remove.

On the right of the row, use the 3 dots to either Edit or Delete a contact.

If selecting the edit option, make the adjustments on the record and Click "Save Changes" once completed.

If you want to add a contact, click "Add Contact" on the top right of the screen.

Add the contact's information and Click "Add Contact" once completed.

You also have the option of to import an exclusion list via a CSV file.

Once you've completed the upload process, Click "Close" and the new additions should appear right there in the list!
