To get started, navigate to your listing. On the main navigation bar, click "Listings".

Click to select the listing to be edited.

You have two options for accessing "Edit Details". One is on the Listing Essentials panel at the bottom.

The second option is located in the top-right section of the window.

You can then navigate through the listing details to make any edits you need.  

Tip!  You can use the circular tabs at the top quickly navigate to which ever tab you need to edit.

PROPERTY FEATURES - OVERVIEW
The third section of the Listing Details workflow is Property Features. Here, details related to the property's main listing features can be entered. While some of these fields may be straightforward, details for each section will be provided.

TYPE TO SEARCH & ADD FEATURES
If familiar with specific Property Features, users can use the text input field to begin typing the beginning letters of each feature, selecting the appropriate result, and pressing 'Enter.'

Type "g" and a dropdown list will populate with features beginning with that letter. Click to select the feature to be added. 

SELECTED FEATURES
As features are added, they will appear in this section and can be deleted at any time. To view all property features available for selection, click "show full feature list"

CLICK TO ADD FEATURES
Using this view, Users are able to click on the applicable Property Features. As these are selected, they will appear in the box above, and the text will turn orange, allowing you to easily see which features you have already selected.

Once you have selected or edited your listing features, scroll to the bottom to Click "Next" or click the circular Listing Detail tab at the top.

Alert! Don't forget to navigate to the Listing Detail tab and click SAVE when you update or add listing features.  Failure to do so will result in your selections not saving to the listing.

LIST PRICE
In this field, enter the current/anticipated list price for the property.

LIST DATE
Next, provide the list date for the property. This typically refers to the date reflected on the official Listing Agreement, not the day on which the listing is expected to become Active on the market.

EXPIRATION DATE
Now, provide the date upon which the listing is expected to expire, typically per the official Listing Agreement.

ANTICIPATED LAUNCH DATE
For this field, provide the date that the listing is expected to go Active on the market.

AGREEMENT DATE
Similar to the 'List Date,' this field is intended for the date reflected on the official Listing Agreement.

MLS SELECTION & MLS NUMBER
Here, select the applicable MLS associated with the listing, and provide the corresponding MLS Number. 

As indicated, if a MLS Number does not yet exist or is inapplicable, enter 'NOMLSID'.

NOTE REGARDING MULTIPLE/DUPLICATE MLS NUMBERS
Should your Brokerage maintain access to multiple MLS Organizations and therefore possess the opportunity to list the property in more than one MLS, additional MLS's and corresponding MLS numbers can be entered here.

LISTING OFFICE
Next, confirm the listing office associated with this listing.

LISTING AGENT
Here, confirm the listing agent affiliated with this listing. Additional/Multiple Listing Agents can also be added by typing and selecting their name(s).

PROPERTY NAME
Now, enter the property name (also commonly referred to as 'headline') which best describes the listing.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Here, provide the property description (commonly referred to as listing remarks) that correspond with the property.

DO NOT SHOW LISTING ONLINE
In the event it is desired that the listing not be visible online, check this box.

Alert!  Selecting DO NOT SHOW LISTING ONLINE will also prevent your Upcoming Listing to show on the Dashboard.

DO NOT SHOW ADDRESS ONLINE
In the event it is desired that the listing address not be visible online, check this box.

DO NOT SHOW LIST PRICE ONLINE
In the event it is desired that the list price not be visible online, check this box.

PRICE UPON REQUEST
In the event it is desired that the verbiage 'Price Upon Request' appear online in lieu of the actual list price, check this box.

Click "Save" to complete the updates and save the changes to your listing.

Reminder:\
Changes made to the listing will NOT synchronize out to the MLS. Remember, that's a one-way street. Incoming data only.
