Editing a Listing - Property Features

First, navigate to the listing. Start by clicking "Listings" on the main navigation bar.

Click to select the listing to edit.

Once the listing appears, you can click "Edit Details" at the bottom of the Listing Essentials pane, or...

You can also find the "Edit Details" button in the top-right section of the window.

Once Listing Details open, you'll need to click "Property Features" to access that section.

PROPERTY FEATURES - OVERVIEW The third section of the Listing Details workflow is Property Features. Here, details related to the property's main listing features can be entered. While some of these fields may be straightforward, details for each section will be provided. Here, we're going to add a 2-car garage. Click the "Search Features ..." field.

TYPE TO SEARCH & ADD FEATURES If familiar with specific Property Features, users can use the text input field to begin typing the beginning letters of each feature, selecting the appropriate result, and pressing 'Enter.'

Type "g" and a dropdown list will populate with features beginning with that letter. Click to select the feature to be added.

SELECTED FEATURES As features are added, they will appear in this section and can be deleted at any time. To view all property features available for selection, click "show full feature list"

CLICK TO ADD FEATURES Using this view, Users are able to click on the applicable Property Features. As these are selected, they will appear in the box above.

NOTE REGARDING PROPERTY FEATURES Keep in mind that the Property Features listed here may be different than those specified for your Brokerage.

Upon completion of these fields, click 'Next' to enter information regarding final Listing Details.
