Click "Find a volunteer to swap with." 
This means you will be provided with names of people who are able to swap your date with a date they are scheduled.

Uncheck any weekends that you are unavailable to serve.

Note: Elvanto will list only people who available to swap that date. 

If accepted you will receive a follow up email noting the change in the roster. You will serve a different Sunday and the other person will serve the Sunday you were unavailable. 

Note: There is potential that no swaps are available.

If no "Swap" then Click "Replace" 
This means you will be provided with names of people who are able to replace you. There is no exchange of dates. They will simply cover the Sunday you are gone.

If neither 'Swap' nor 'Replace' has options then Click "Decline"
