Navigate to <https://app.thriveaccounts.com/> and open the Sales module

Choose whether the statements should be open items only, or the balance forward for a customer account.

If you only wish to see a single customer account statement, select the customer account from the list.

Enter the period the statements should be accounted up to,

and ensure you have the correct date for your statements.

Click "RUN STATEMENT" to view the list of statements available for your customers.

Click the checkbox beside a customer record to select the customers to be receiving a statement.

Click this checkbox in the header to select every customer in the list.

Click here to download a PDF containing statements for each selected customer.

Click this icon to start sending statements to the selected customers.

Here you can customise your message - first by choosing which reply-to address to use.

By default this will be the email used for your Thrive login, but you can also choose the email address for your company.

Click the "Subject" field to change the subject of the email.

Click the Message field to change the body of the email.

Hi {{CustomerName}},

Please see attached statement with balance due for payment.

When changing the email message, ensure you don't change the tags "CustomerName", or the customer won't see their name in the email body.

Here we’ve selected multiple customers, so the email to address will default to the contact address. If you have a single customer selected, this can be customised.

A message will appear telling you the emails are being sent.

Another message will appear when the email was sent successfully.
