Click on the Admin toolbar and click on Meetings to view all your meetings.

Navigate to the Meetings page you want to email.

Click on the "Share" button above to email the page.

Select "Email to your lists" to share with your community.

Select the list you want to email the Meeting reminder to.

Select a list...

If you want, you can send yourself a preview before sending by clicking the Send me a preview button! Click "Email page to Newsletters (# recipient)" once you've confirmed the email looks good.

Click "Close" once you've sent the email!
