Emailing Invoices on a Customer Account

Follow these steps to send unpaid invoices directly to a customer's registered email.

### **Step 1: Access the Hana Dashboard** Navigate to [**Hana POS**](https://hanafloralpos3.com/Dashboard/Hana) and log in.

### **Step 2: Open Customer Management** Click the **Customers Icon** from the left menu.

### **Step 3: Search for the Customer Account** Use the **Customer ID, Customer Name, Company Name, Phone Number, or Address** to locate the customer. - Alternatively, enable the **"Only With Balance"** toggle to view accounts with unpaid balances and manually select the account.

### **Step 4: Select the Customer Account** Click on the customer account to access details.

### **Step 5: Email the Invoice** Click **"Email Invoices"** to send unpaid invoices to the email registered on the account.

## **Key Notes** ✅ Ensure the customer’s email is correct before sending.\ ✅ If the email does not arrive, ask the customer to check their spam/junk folder.
