Navigate to [https://login.myocchealthrecord.com](https://login.myocchealthrecord.com/)

Click on to the 'Employee Health Management" module to start. Then search for an employee with completed audio and spirometry results.

Once you've located the employee, you need to select the "module" related to these results. Click the below dropdown menu to view the options available to you.

The next step you need to complete is to select the "report metric" you would like to view, in this example "Spirometry" is selected.

Adjust the date range to ensure you are capturing all of the employees completed assessments. Then click the "Apply" button.

If the employee has completed an assessment with the test "Spirometry" included, the results from this will appear in the below timeline. If the results are "normal" they will appear in green. If the results are "abnormal" they will appear in red.

Click "View Report" to view the completed assessment, a pop up modal will show the full report.

To do the same for other "report metrics", click the dropdown menu and click "Hearing."

Follow the previous steps, then select "View Report" to view the completed report.

You can export the any of the report metric data, by clicking "Export."

Select your type of export and then open the file from your downloads.

Once you open the export, you can view all the data that has been captured. The below data will differ for each report metric you select and also for the type of assessment they have completed.
