Navigate to <https://login.myocchealthrecord.com/>

Start by searching for a employee's profile in the EHM dashboard. Select the blue icon next to their name to launch their profile.

The employee's profile will open to the Reporting tab.

To extend the date range into the future, click the hand icon.

Select one of the 4 quick options starting with "Next." Any data related to this time frame will appear.

Follow the same steps in the "Reporting" tab of the Employee Health Management" and "Health Surveillance" modules.

Select the hand icon again to adjust the date range.

Make a new selection, i.e. "Next 6 months"

Click "Apply" at the end of the row to reload the data.

Any reminder in this date range will appear in the below table.
