Tip! This module allows you to **create, search** and **access** all employee records.

Each employee has a file that stores their records in the MOHR system, which includes all the key information relating to any assessments or modules they have interacted with. Including pre-employment, health surveillance and other key modules within the MOHR ecosystem.

This section also gives you insights into each employee allowing you to view pending pre-employment results and make recruitment decisions regarding new employees.

**What information is stored in the EHM?**

The EHM module is a space where you can store, sort, and view all information relating to a specific employees. Whether it’s a previous Pre-Employment Assessment, the most recent Injury Prevention treatment information, reminders for various tasks and any case management documents everything can be access via the EHM. Managers within the system will also be able to manually upload information that may be captured outside of the portal so that you have one central location for all employee information

Alert! Within the MOHR system, access to information is dictated by the permissions and roles assigned to the user. Each user will also be assigned to a specific organisational unit which will determine who’s information they are able to view. 

Users granted access to the EHM will only see the relevant tabs that they have access to view.

 Employees will always be able to access their own health data upon request.

The dashboard tab provides a quick overview of your employee records and allows you to search for any employee that is stored in the MOHR platform

The dashboard also has some quick reports on

1. Records created/archived
2. Top 4 most common job types

To view all employees move into the Employee Management tab. Here you can search for employees, add new employees, archive employees and view employee profiles. Click the "View" button to open the employee's individual profile.

By clicking on the "view" button, a new tab will open in your browser to the employee's individual profile. From here a user can view all bookings lodged to that employee, including all documents uploaded and stored.

Tip! A user will only be able to view an employee's profile if they have access to the organisation unit the employee is linked to. If the user does not have access, then the profiles are not visible.

The Pending Recruitment Outcomes tab allows you to view pending candidate bookings. Users with access to the Pre Employment module can use this tab to view completed candidate assessments and make a hiring decision. 

If marked as hired, an employee profile is created and all the data related to this employee is stored within the EHM.

Tip! Users can also use the employee management tab to:

1. Bulk Employee Import
2. Bulk Reminder Import
3. Bulk Document Upload

Tip! Users will need to follow the prompts to complete a bulk upload/import.

The Reporting tab allows you to generate reports on the employees in the platform.

Choose the report type from the left-hand menu. Select the time period using the calendar dropdown. Reports generated will be based on the time period and the selected organisation unit.

Click ‘Export data’ to generate a report in Excel.

Tip! As well as storing information, the Employee Health Management module allows you to create activity reminders for employees requiring reoccurring testing, for example Alcohol and other drugs (AOD) testing, regular hearing testing or Fitness for duty assessments, or follow up welfare checks.
