Navigate to Onboarding - the "Red Rocket" icon.

Click Communication in the red subway map.

Click the "Enable Ticket Integration" box.

Click the "Ticket System Email Address" field and enter your company's ticket system email to have messages sent to that email.

Tip!
You can also enter the email of a person within the organization to have these messages sent directly to them. They do not need to be a FutureFeed user in order to receive these messages. 

Click "Show Sample Emails" to preview the two types of messages that can be sent.

Alert!
The two email types are POA&M Action Email & Project Email.

To send a POA&M Action Email, go to the Project Builder in Deliverables and click on the email icon on the relevant item. 

You will be presented with information related to your request. Fill out the fields and click send to process the request to the email set to receive messages.

To send a Project Email, go to Project Builder and click on the email icon to prepare a message to send. Complete the fields that will appear in the information box that will be presented and click send once completed.
