Enabling this option will allow inbound calls to ring your device while an active call is in progress, this allows you to click over to answer the second call while placing the first call on hold.
DO NOT ENABLE this feature if this line is utilized for faxes or alarms as a second inbound call will interrupt the communication of the fax machine or alarm.
Navigate to [https://rdm.ooma.com/](https://rdm.ooma.com/devices) and sign into your account.
Click the device you need to modify.

Click the icon for "Advanced Settings" on the port you need to update.
