Enhanced Resource Provider Group Reports

Registered Users who hold a Group Leader or Facilitator Role are able to view the Enhanced Resource Provider Group Reports.

Access the Group where the Enhanced Resource Provider Group Report is to be viewed. *Note the image below is an example only.*

**Click** on the Gears Icon in the Toolbar on the right side of the group. *Note: if you do not see a gears icon in the toolbar, you do not have the required permission role for your user profile. You must be a Group Leader/ Facilitator to access this feature.*

From the Usage Analytics Modal, two tabs can be selected: - **Usage Analytics:** - Select Date Range - Based on the Date Range Selected, for Logged in Users see how many: - Viewed the group - Added the group to collection - Added the group to favorites - **Content Report:** *see next step*

From the Content Report Tab, view the following: - **Export Format**: select the format of the report - HTML Table - CSV - JSON - **Metrics Dates**: select the date range for the report - **Include Endorsed Content**: select this to include objects in the group that are endorsed content - **Export Content Usage Report:** click this to export report. **The Data that is included in the Report includes for Objects in the Group:** 1. **ID:** ID of the object being viewed 2. **Type:** Object Type 3. **Title:** Title of Object 4. **URL (platform url):** url of the object in the platform 5. **External URL:** external url of the object 6. **Creator:** object creator 7. **Creator URL:** creator url 8. **Subjects:** subjects tags on object 9. **Grades:** grade tags on object 10. **Audience/ Professional Roles:** audience/ professional roles tags on object 11. **Resource Categories:** resource category identified on the object 12. **Keywords:** keywords added to object 13. **Standards:** standards added to object 14. **Endorsors:** endorsors of object 15. **Is Published:** publish status 16. **Total Copies:** total copies made of object 17. **Date Created:** date object added to platform 18. **Date last updated:** date object last updated 19. **Previewed by guest:** preview of object by guest 20. **view:** number of times object viewed 21. **preview:** number of times object previewed 22. **favorite:** number of times object has been favorited 23. **search.visit:** number of times object located through search 24. **related.vist:** number of times object located through related visit (viewing another object and this object recommended because of relation to the object being viewed) 25. **export.pdf:** number of times object was exported as a pdf 26. **share: Facebook:** number of times object was shared to facebook
