You have received an email sent by Jamf with the subject line "Computer Enrollment Invitation". Click on the activation link. 

You are redirected to a page in your browser, along with the download of Jamf profile, which is necessary for enrollment. Click on "Continue".

Click on "Accept" to download the files. 

The CA Certificate and MDM Profile are being downloaded.

To finish the installation, click on the notification "Profile installation: review the profile in System Settings if you want to install it."

Depending on your MacOS version, System Preferences can be displayed differently (see the next two steps).

When the System Preferences menu appears, go under "Privacy and Security" tab and click on “Profiles" to install the MDM profile.

The "session name" field is automatically pre-filled. You just need to enter your session password, the one you use to log in to your MacBook.
