Go to Patient's Dashboard either through the calendar or through the patient Finder

Go to Activities --&gt; "Enter Batch Payments"

Click the "Payment From:" field and start typing, it should pull up all of the insurances

Once I started typing, aet, all of the aetna insurances showed up Click "AETNA"

Click Save Changes or if you want you can go straight to Click "Allocate"

Click the "Patient:" field. Start typing and the patient's name will populate

Once the patient is selected, add in the payments along with the adjusted amounts

Once you are done, Click "Post Payments" and then "Finish Payments"

Now when you go back to his patient dashboard, billing section, you can see that his balances have been updated
