Navigate to [https://www.bowlslink.com.au/ ](https://www.bowlslink.com.au/)

Complete your login credentials and click "Login"

Select your profile context -  If you have more than one profile available be sure to select your Personal Profile under 'My Clubs'

Click "Available" - search for your event by key words or filtering by Organising Body, Format, Type or Date

Once you have found your chosen event, click the tool icon on the right-hand side

Your details will be pre-filled. To remove yourself as a player click the trash icon.

To remove yourself, enter the code 'Delete' and click Remove

Now, you can register members on their behalf - click Add Player

Using the Member Lookup, you can search by National Identity Number (NIN), Surname or Club

Tip! For common last names it is best to use National ID Number, if known, otherwise a combination of surname and club

If the event is for Pairs, Triples or Fours, repeat the steps above when adding and linking a member. Once all members are linked and saved, complete the entry prompts.

Once all members have been linked and and saved, click 'Next'

Confirm the Entry type and amount, then click 'Next'

Alert! When registering on a member's behalf, you will be listed as the Primary Contact and recipient of the email confirmation. Be sure to forward these emails to the relevant entrants.

Once the event Terms & Conditions are accepted, click 'Next'

Enter CC details (card number, expiry and CCV) and click 'Pay'

Once payment is confirmed, an email will be sent to the Primary Contact with invoice receipts and contact information of the event, if required.
